Account opening, sales, and client services: Answer inquiries from customers and follow their instructions while ensuring that the Bank's delivery criteria are maintained to ensure complete customer satisfaction. For instance, opening of Accounts and timely checking of Account Opening Documentation.
- Verify that procedures and documentation standards are followed (e.g., forms and checklists, welcome calls, approvals, etc.)
- Cross-selling of numerous products to Mumbai's current customers.
- Create and convert leads for liabilities and assets.
- Verify that the targeted segment is reached and BSA compliance.
- Service & Quality: - Ensure that all staff members, procedures, data, and systems in the branch are properly managed to provide consistently high levels of service to all Mumbai, Maharashtra, clients.
