Job Description
The associate will be part of the D&AI BI & Reporting Services team supporting the PFNA (PepsiCo Foods North America) sector. This role spans across three key areas:
• Reporting: Includes dashboard and tool development, automation, and ongoing maintenance
• Data Analysis: Involves working with syndicated and account-level data across sales, supply chain, and finance
• Analytics: Covers advanced activities such as forecasting, simulation, and whitespace identification
This role offers a well-rounded exposure to both technical and functional skills in a dynamic environment while directly supporting key commercial stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Should have a good understanding of design principles and best practices. They should be able to collaborate with the product developer to design interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Power BI tools: Should be proficient in using Power BI tools to create dashboards and reports that provide insights into customer behaviour, market trends, and business performance.
• Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and sales teams, to understand their needs and requirements.
• FMCG understanding: Should have a good understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry and be able bring in expertise to apply this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Data Analytics: Should have a strong understanding of data analytics and be able to extract insights from large datasets to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
• 6+ years in Sales Reporting & Analytics; 3+ years in Data Analytics (CPG preferred)
• Background in top-tier consulting or FMCG industry preferred
• 4+ years in data analytics/reporting tools and cloud-based platforms
Technical Skills
• Intermediate / Advanced proficiency across MS Excel, SQL, PowerBi, Python, SQL
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) & high-level optimal data architectural designs
Analytical & Problem-Solving
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage complex/incomplete datasets
• Expertise in forecasting, market sizing, and strategic analytics
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Project & Change Management
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills
• Demonstrates ownership, urgency, follow-through, and accountability
