Position Summary:
Promote and support parties sales; provide support in the reception and attention to clients who hire the party service delivering information regarding the party. Develop the party logistics and oversee it at all times.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Meet / Achieve set sales goals.
- Handle Leads / Queries - Answer telephone calls from customers seeking information, performing sales pitch, meet walk-ins customers
- Convert leads in to sales, upsell to customers.
- Counsel customers during the event
- Register the party area current and prospective client information
Profile:
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience:
- Experience in event, party or hotel service
- Sales closing skills
- Good presence and personal appearance
- Strong drive and relationship skills
- Troubleshooting skills
