Achieve Sales / Marketing Deliverables eg Volume/NR as per plan
Drive customer facing initiative -Plan and coordinate various consumer connecting platforms including Aashiyana / Sampoorna. Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Surveys etc.
Drive Retail Value Management (RVM) activities to drive channel capacity Augmentation and Improve/ strengthen the channel quality driving premiumization and growth in market share. Track new dealers appointment, nurturing and drive channel education.
Driving Sales/incentive Schemes: Plan and execute need based Channel Schemes / consumer incentive schemes through coordination with sales teams.
Influencer management: Implement engagement activities to initiate and maintain relationships with various influencers, opinion leaders and industry associations which can drive customer behaviour
Market Intelligence -Tracking and collating the information on competition - Collating market information on demand and pricing/ premium etc. Regular interaction with Dealers / Fabricators/ consumers to collect informations.
Sales Support- Facilitating Sales team/ Distributors Sales team in customer support Surveys & research -Design & implement surveys and research focused around customer, competitor, market or channel -Collate consumer insights and provide inputs for product & service differentiation.
Daily Management: Coordinate with Sales Team/ Mktg Team/ Supply Chain Team on ABP, OSP, Effective Plant loading in consultation with the planning team, Management of various MIS eg : DPR, Health card, Dealer Call Book, Sampoorna, tracking Ashiyana Sales / Delivery, Deployment of PPA, Reconciliation of accounts, provisions etc. Drive training and education of channel partners team along with Sales team.
Training & Development: Training of Associate, Distributor Sales & Mktg Team, Dealers, Dealers Sales force

Technical Competencies (Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role): Ability to handle Techno-Commercial Function. Product and market segment knowledge, knowledge of sales processes, Analytical Skill, proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc
Behavioural Comptencies (Threshold skill and capbilites required to excute the role): Communication skills, Interpersonal effectiveness, drive for result, networking skills, customer orientation, Conflict Resolution.

Qualification, Experiences and Skills: Degree in Engineering /MBA/CA/ICWA/"Graduation
Relevant Experience (Type/Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role): Preferably having experience in Commercial cluster (M&S, Planning, CSD, Procurement, etc) /PAG./ Operations/Supply Chain/ TQM /KVHS
