We are hiring for Manager Security professionals for our Operations at S’yanam (Andra Pradesh) & Barmer (Rajasthan).
Roles and responsibilities
• For the entire gamut of security related issues pertaining to all types of company assets (property, people, information, operations etc.) either located or operating in his area of responsibility.
• out security risk assessment and initiate risk mitigation measures to reduce security risk to all assets to as low as reasonably possible (ALARP).
• an effective part of emergency response team. Assist site IRT in incident management.
• optimal performance of all contract security resources placed under his charge and handle all documentation related to security contracts.
• effective intelligence collection to take pre-emptive/precautionary security measures against any Impending security threat.
• with law enforcement officials and civil authorities
• and conduct security awareness training for all personnel/contractors of the company.
• security audits and inspections.
Desired Attributes
• In any discipline from a recognized university with min. 5 years as a 1st class gazetted officer in the Defense Services/CAPF and minimum of 6 years’ experience in Industrial security.
• Experience in management of security of installations, information, material, personnel, and all related assets of the organization.
• Ability of carrying out training of subordinates in security related tasks.
• Working with, supporting, and developing local communities with an aim to enhance the security environment in the area.
