The opportunity
Based in our Esperance, WA office, this is a rare opportunity to combine professional advancement with a stunning lifestyle location.
You’ll work closely with our Directors and senior leaders, gaining mentorship, exposure, and real decision-making experience to help you build the capabilities to step into leadership.
In this role, you can expect to:
Manage and nurture long-term client relationships, providing proactive tax and business advisory services.
Lead and mentor a small, capable team, developing others while refining your own leadership skills.
Take ownership of client outcomes, from tax compliance to strategic advisory.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the firm.
Collaborate closely with firm leaders to help shape the future of Byfields Esperance.

Strong technical proficiency in tax compliance, financial statements, and business advisory
Prior experience in Public Practice Accounting (Preferred)

CA/CPA qualification (or working towards)
A proactive attitude and adaptability in a changing environment
A genuine interest in a long-term leadership career within Public Practice
