Description:
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and managing social media plans that match the brand’s goals. This includes checking how well the content is performing, helping the team and clients stay on the same page, and sharing ideas and examples to guide creative content. The goal is to grow the brand online and make sure social media supports the bigger picture.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Define and track social media KPIs to measure campaign performance.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategy as needed to improve results.
• Break down the larger brand strategy into bite-sized, engaging social media content.
• Work closely with the strategy team to align on campaign direction and goals.
• Collaborate with the internal creative team to bring ideas to life.
• Collect references and trends to guide content creation and visual direction.
• Write captions, copy, and hashtags that reflect the brand tone and drive engagement.
• Conduct keyword research to optimize content reach and discoverability.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new content ideas.
• Manage internal workflows to ensure timely delivery of all content.
• Prepare and present performance decks and reports for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithm changes.
• Guide the team in adapting trends in a brand-relevant way.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met with high-quality output.
• Support community engagement by coordinating responses and insights with client teams.
• Keep an eye on competitor activity to identify new opportunities or threats.
• Plan how to divide client ad budgets across campaigns, platforms, and content formats, based on strategy and expected results.
• Provide detailed reports on ad campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

Manager - Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a monthly social content calendar across platforms aligned with the brands voice
- Lead influencer partnerships: scouting, outreach, onboarding, campaign execution, and reporting
- Coordinate with the in-house Food Blogger to create reels, recipe content, behind-the-scenes stories, etc.
- Track and improve social KPIs: reach, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth
- Engage with our audience actively in comments and DMs with brand-aligned tonality
- Work closely with Creative and Paid Media teams to produce boost-worthy assets and campaigns
- Collaborate on brand campaigns and festive/seasonal moments for cohesive storytelling
- Manage social media budgets related to influencer activities and paid social support
Qualifications
- 46 years of relevant experience in social media & influencer marketing (FMCG/D2C preferred)
- Deep understanding of social media trends, meme culture, and food storytelling
- Proven ability to manage creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent eye for content aesthetics and storytelling (especially Reels-first approach)
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, influencer discovery tools, and basic analytics
- Must have executed at least 2 full-scale influencer-led campaigns or ambassador programs
