What you’ll be doing...
The work you’ll be doing will support multiple business-critical needs for our prepaid customers. You and your team will provide applications support and deliver reliable and efficient systems-related solutions. The projects you run will improve the application’s performance and meet the needs of our customers for our billing and provisioning application.
• Managing and delivering the business-critical projects related to billing and provisioning applications.
• Evaluating the need for project milestones by ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and with high levels of quality assurance.
• Developing and monitoring project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Demonstrating the ability to understand functional requirement and translate into technical requirements to meet expectations.
• Tracking project outcomes versus business expectations.
• Developing needs of project communication plans and reports for upper management and stakeholder information.
• Providing technical information and guidance on projects; resolves project-related issues.
• Preparing timely executive reports and run various executive presentations.
• Coordinating with all internal and external stakeholders working on projects.
• Focusing on Employee engagement programs and training and also keeping the team motivated to work towards the standard and healthy work practices.
• Defining execution plan and approach based on project scope, the expected timeline, and available budget/resources.
• Ensuring project management processes and practices are followed.
• Managing stakeholder communication and leading project status updates with the senior management.
• Leading and developing high-performing teams, supporting Agile working practices with a diversified cultural workforce.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for...
You Will Need To Have
• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in telecom billing systems and knowledge of their architectures, technologies, terminology, and implementations.
• Experience in managing/leading development teams for applications built on Java/Sprint boot.
• Knowledge of various open system technologies for applications built on Java/Sprint boot.
• Experience in building dev-ops pipelines.
• Experience in working on AWS.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
• Ability to influence a large team or multiple teams to achieve their goals by work prioritization, planning and task delegation/
• Experience in leading teams of design/architects of OSS/BSS applications.
• Experience in handling talent transformations for the team members.
• Experience in translating customer experience issues into actionable objectives to the team and executing plans to resolve them.
• Knowledge of operationalizing processes, quality control checks.
• Knowledge of deriving metrics from various business processes and summarizing for executive presentations.
• Experience in tying of metrics with business requirements and looking at customer experience.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Experience in automating the software development life cycle activities including the development regression testing processes.
