Manager Software Engineering Integrations – IS&T

At Rio Tinto, we are seeking a technically savvy and people-first leader to manage a software engineering team building integrations across Rio Tinto’s mining extract domain.

As Manager Software Engineering Integrations, you will guide a cross-functional team to develop secure, scalable and value-driven integrations across Rio Tinto’s internal and external systems. This role is ideal for an experienced architect or engineering lead with a strong background cloud-native platforms and a deep understanding of mining or heavy industry operations.

You'll leverage your proven experience in system architecture, agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to drive real business impact across a globally recognised mining operation.
