What we ask for
• Identify, capture, and forecast key market and industry trends and translate them into customer requirements and solutions
• Manage and prioritize the product requirements process
• Build and maintain an annual release plan and manage feature delivery from discovery to validation
• Drive product delivery, client servicing, and asset retention, with actionable and implementable strategies that produce tangible results
• Guide creative briefs and influence design to ensure an intuitive and delightful UI/UX
• Define, monitor, track, and interpret KPIs
• Analyze existing products’ function and determine new features and requirements to enhance our customers’ user experience
• Participate in the development and pricing of new and current products
• Recruit and lead a team of high performing product developers
• Handle Product Clients on Technical Issues
• Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities.
• Evaluate and select technology solutions and vendors that meet the company’s needs as well as its budget constraints.
• Ensure Optimum Productivity of Development & IT Teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager, IT Head or similar leadership role with 4-8 years in Product and IT management.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving technology innovation in a multi-location environment.
• Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, SaaS solutions and other emerging technologies like blockchain, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Strong understanding of PHP or NodeJs frame works, IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management and data protection practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information
