The client is in the ITES/BPO space and is looking to hire a Recruitment Manager for their team at Hyderabad.
Requirements :
- 8+ years experience in high volume, fast-paced, BPO/ITES hiring.
- Execution of the full-cycle recruitment process (including job posting, phone screening, behavioral based interviewing, offer negotiations, regular communication with candidates).
- Plan, organize, promote, attend and actively contribute at campus events.
- Ability to source potential candidates from various online channels such as Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Networking, References, Head Hunting etc. as well as to Innovate new recruiting techniques.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Drive Program management Influencing and setting up direction for the recruitment team and strive to drive value.
- Good experience into vendor management.
- Excellent Understanding of domain / industry from a recruiter standpoint.
- Knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve while maintaining flexibility.
- Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure.
- Good with Data analysis, strong team player, good leadership and coaching skills, analytical and problem solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related questions and concerns Administer referral process of applicants.
- Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools
