ATCO Frontec is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement operations and ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain performance—from user requests to supplier payments. This role ensures compliance with corporate policies, supports operational efficiency, and fosters strong supplier and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full Source-to-Pay process and day-to-day procurement support.
Collaborate with field operations and suppliers to deliver timely solutions.
Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
Resolve vendor issues and drive continuous process improvements.
Monitor supplier performance and negotiate cost-saving opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
Ensure compliance with procurement laws and ATCO’s Code of Ethics.
Lead and coach the Supply Chain team; provide training across business lines.
Support system integration post-acquisitions.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
SCMP or equivalent designation is an asset.
8+ years of supply chain experience in fast-paced or service-based industries.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of procurement law, market trends, and FM/camp services materials.
Skilled in negotiation, analytics, and problem-solving.
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems; ComplyWorks familiarity is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
