The Role


Cameco’s supply chain management (SCM) department is seeking a dynamic and results-driven manager, enablement within our supply chain department. This role focuses on continuous improvement and technology implementation to enhance supply chain efficiency. As a key member of the supply chain team, the manager, enablement will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, BTS, and process owners to standardize and automate supply chain workflows, improve end-to-end supply chain visibility, and leverage technology to achieve business goals.


In this role, you will:


Drive the adoption, integration, and optimization of SAP S4 ERP within the supply chain department, ensuring the system is configured to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency
Develop training programs and documentation to ensure end users are proficient in SAP S4 processes and functionality
Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to evaluate and implement new technological solutions that support supply chain operations
Act as the primary point of contact for supply chain process standardization and technology initiatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the broader supply chain team
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of enablement initiatives and driving accountability across departments
Promote a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving within the supply chain team, fostering innovation and continuous learning
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and change management
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver process and technology initiatives
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions
Proficiency in process mapping, process reengineering, and process automation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization

Required:


Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, process optimization, and/or ERP enablement, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Proven experience with SAP S4 ERP, particularly in modules related to supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
Occasional travel required to the northern Saskatchewan and Ontario operations
