Package up to $181,614 pa. Package includes salary range ($13+,787 pa to $161,663 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role:
Lead and drive the talent acquisition function to deliver strategic end-to-end recruitment and onboarding that will be efficient, contemporary and business outcome focused while maintaining the highest level of customer engagement.
Shape, develop, and manage a high-performing team of professionals in identifying, attracting and onboarding talent to efficiently and effectively meet Fire and Rescue NSW’s changing needs.
The role is also accountable for the provision of expert advice and oversight of Firefighter (Permanent and Retained) recruitment campaigns and other targeted employment programs, partnering with internal stakeholders across FRNSW to ensure successful delivery of customer focused recruitment services.
About you:
You will have proven extensive experience in leading and delivering innovative talent acquisition services
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying NSW legislation, employment rules and practices
Ability to balance the implementation of significant change with business-as-usual delivery.
Essential requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
