Responsibilities
• Expertise in Senior Leadership Hiring, Volume / Bulk hiring, Contractors hiring and Campus hiring.
• Implementing key change initiatives as identified in the organizational strategic planning process.
• Extensive experience in building sourcing strategies for hiring permanent and contract staffing needs which includes direct sourcing, referrals, social networking, agencies.
• Meeting, interacting, working closely regular follow-ups with Engagement Managers, Business units other stake holders for understanding the resource needs, hiring numbers, draw up hiring plans strategies to hire right fit candidate through different channels within SLAs for all requirements.
