Job Description
• Location - Gurugram (On Site)
Responsibility
• Lead and manage the processing of incoming private client applications in accordance with KYC business procedures, ensuring alignment with Global Minimum KYC Standards and Saxo Group’s Risk Appetite.
• Ensure the team consistently meets SLA requirements for processing incoming cases and adheres to established quality standards.
• Identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement and system automation, with a focus on enhancing the client experience and achieving key objectives set by leadership.
• Participate in daily operational tasks such as quality checks, reviewing results of ongoing client AML screening, and processing incoming requests to the team’s inbox.
• Oversee periodic reviews/ODD of private clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders within the Global Onboarding & KYC teams.
• Operate independently following appropriate training and cross-train for different geographies.
• Engage and cooperate with other relevant departments to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, adherence to business procedures, and a client-centric approach.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Mandate
• Possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in a relevant KYC role.
• Have in-depth knowledge of AML/KYC processes for corporate and private clients.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative environment
• Exhibit utmost professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness in all interactions and responsibilities.
