The Technology Manager role involves leading Projects, People & Products. They will primarily be responsible for end-to-end software project management, starting with collecting user requirements, making build vs buy decisions with the leadership team, leading a team to develop & launch new systems, enhancing existing systems, as well as providing support & training and collecting feedback from all stakeholders and reporting impact.Team OverviewThe Technology team is responsible for providing strategic direction to technology implementations, software solutions and hardware support for all the verticals of Teach For India. We're not rigid about using any specific technology. However, we're committed to providing a fantastic user experience on every solution we build.ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Help develop vision and goals for the Technology vertical at Teach For India and work to synergize all parts of the organization with the latest technology trends.Analyze requirements from different teams and document the same (BRD, FRD)Identify and implement the latest
