Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the bank Payment applications and provide development, executing and maintenance support
Major responsibility includes requirement gathering, requirement analysis, documenting functional specification, and functional review, test scope identification, UAT support
Conduct change implementation and product walk through post sign off
Accountable for the 24x7 support on the payment application domain, managing the systems ensuring no impact to business or customers which can impact the bank financially or operationally
Delivery projects, digital and strategic technology initiatives by achieving objectives and goals driven by the banks values. Ensure solutions are delivered to the 100% expectation of business.
Key Result Areas
• Manage vendor resources who are responsible for critical delivery and application support
• Provide expertise and recommendations in the assessment of initiatives to support and enhance systems
• Interact and coordinate with inter-dependent teams for change delivery planning
• Analysis of functional requirement change impact to existing systems
• Prepare solution documentation describing deliverables to meet requirements
• Effectively conclude on business requirement specification document for discussion with business partners
• Focus on regulatory controls & audit requirements and manage all known risks related systems that can impact security of data, system downtime, incidents, etc..
• Ensure requirements are adhered in accordance with the Audit policies
• Adherence to governance and controls within the payments unit on all critical process and documentation aspects.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience
• Having Banking products knowledge on Clearing and Remittances.
• Strong business orientation and domain knowledge to comprehend user requirement
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users and other teams
• Hands on expertise in payments domain & application suite. RTGS payments. Central Bank UAE payments system knowledge desirable.
• Expert in technical development experience on Microsoft Tool and Technologies, including .Net Framework, .Net Core, MSSQL, PLSQL, MVC, Web & Windows services, Web APIs, Azure infrastructure, Azure stack components, DevOps, Database management, IBM MQ based development tools. Windows & Linux based OS, Knowledge about Microservices, SSRS, SSIS, JBOSS, WebSphere, workflow based components, omnidocs, omniflows.
