Job Purpose
Deliver on assigned sales targets, ensure proper availability of VIL's stock keeping units, effective communication of scheme to trade, training of Feet on street .
Key Result Areas / Accountabilities
- Categorization of retailers to ensure that right customers are acquired through right categories of outlets. Proper execution and implementation of new and existing products
- Retailers servicing the markets should be as per the SPS / CSS which is based on covered population of particular town / geography.
- To ensure proper distribution width and depth in and better trade relationship for larger revenue and customer market share
- To ensure proper productivity of FOS through proper training and motivation
- Execution of transparent process which helps in motivating the channel partners and trade.
- Infrastructure maintenance at distributor point and regular feedback for any non-compliance by channel to ASM.

- Acquire quality customers
- Achieving revenue target by driving Primary and secondary through retail distribution
- Retailer expansion for both transacting outlets and activation outlets

Must have technical / professional qualifications
MBA with Sales / marketing qualification with at least 7 years of Sales experience
