Manage & supervise Treasury functions.
2. Timely Manage & implement Sales & Marketing schemes, with proper checks & balance (with approvals & compliances).
3. Ensure proper & safe custody of daily collection & bank deposit.
4. Compiling reports for daily \ weekly & monthly reporting.
5. Comparative analysis of Visitors, Revenue and PHR.
6. Tracking actual performance with budgeted and last year performance and sharing analysis for decision making.
7. To assist & provide Statutory / Internal auditors/ Tax Consultants / Income Tax Department for required financial details with appropriate replies to their queries.
8. To provide & compile GSTR3B data related to income (EW / WK / BP Entrance Fees/ Sale of F & B /Sales of Liquor / Commission Income / Ferry Income / Corporate Partners /Royalty / Paid Attractions etc.
+. Timely updating on VIPPL brand website for various offers, schemes, events etc.
10. To monitor timely recovery of IOU’s.
11. To keep proper inventory of Treasury Stationery and to ensure that there is no revenue leakage .
2. Key Result Area :
1) Understand & manage appropriate accounting procedure & process.
2) Monitor all guests / Travel partners / online aggregator’s complaints & resolve it appropriately towards e booking.
3) Resolve error related to ERP with the help of IT Team.
4) Help sales team to generate Customer master / Sales Order.
6) Monitor & control ERP reports & bring to notice deviation.
3. Span of Control: < Number of reportees > 2 (Two)
4. Decision making Authority: < In case of no decision making authority please mention as NA (not applicable) Yes
5. Interdependencies / Interactions:
Ø Internal: Accounts / Sales & Marketing / Purchase / Guest Relations / Paid Attractions / Operation , Maintenance, Public Relations, Human Resources, Information Technology, Food & Beverages.
Ø External: Banks / Govt. Revenue Department / Web Service Provider / Travel Agents / Online Partner
