Coordinating with Banks for managing the loan book of SPVs.
Preparation of Information memorandum / term sheets for availing loans from bank.
Financial modelling.
Knowledge of key aspects of loan Documentation.
Liaison with banks for ensuring timely processing of bank transactions.
Coordinating with various internal teams to provide necessary information to lenders.
Ensuring regular compliance of loan requirements
Engaging with financial and legal consultants
MIS of Repayment / Interest and Outstanding Loan of SPVs
Maintaining record of loans from group company to SPVs
Specific demands on the job: Proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge and working experience of handling SPVs related activities would be an added advantage.
Experience in Handling Banks / project Finance / Debt restructuring / lender covenants will be preferred.
Qualification- CA,BCOM,MBA Finance
Experience-7 to 10 years
Skills-
Experience in Treasury Function
Understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cashflow and various financial instruments
Sound understanding of accounting principles
Understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
