Description :
Manage the treasury function of a leading Fintech organization based out of Delhi/NCR. Monitor availability of funds and planning of fundraising programs.

Description :
• Develop and implement liquidity management strategy, ensuring their is sufficient liquidity to meet financial obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Manage funding activities, including issuing debt securities, managing deposit levels and maintaining relationships with key funding counterparties.
• Monitor and manage interest rate risk, ensuring that the Digital Bank's exposure to interest rate movements is within acceptable limits.
• Ensure the Asset Liability Management of Digital Bank is properly monitored and maintained within the regulatory and internal risk limits.
• Develop and implement the investment strategy, ensuring that the investments are consistent with its risk appetite and investment policy.
• Monitor and analyze financial markets and economic conditions to identify investment opportunities and risks.
Profile :
• Experience in treasury, funding and investment management in a financial institution, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets, financial instruments and investment strategies.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice and guidance on complex treasury, funding and investment management issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of treasury professionals.
