Job Description: Analyst - ALCO, LCR, Regulatory Returns and automation. Assistance for monthly closing of financial statements (IGAAP + Ind As) for few areas/ instruments viz. securitization, EIR, FD schedule, Direct Assignment Unwinding etc. Submission of Regulatory returns on Structural Liquidity Statement (SLS) / Interest Rate Sensitivity (IRS) (Monthly /Quarterly) to RBI Preparation of ALCO pack for ALCO Committee Meeting- Review of NIM, Book Yield, Borrowing cost, Fixed/ Floating portfolio, stock ratios on monthly basis. LCR Reporting, Quarterly disclosures, LCR Projection and automation thereof. LCR management- Chalk out plans to manage flows (inflows/ Outflows) for effective LCR strategy Automation of various modules under ALM - NIM , Daily LCR, ALM Dashboards , FTP etc. Presentation of all ALM/ ALCO related matters to senior management on a monthly/ quarterly basis Preparation of Liquidity statements / Disclosures for onward submission to our Parent company as per IGAAP Understanding best practices under in ALM management across NBFC's and implementing them. Work closely with Treasury BO and MO and the treasurer in achieving efficiencies for the organisation Understand requirements from auditors as well as rating agencies that can potentially benefit in overall ALM management. Roles and Responsibilities: CA/MBA with relevant experience of 2-3 years. Good understanding of Bank / NBFC sector and treasury activities Prior working experience in an NBFC or audit of NBFC treasury area would be an added advantage Sound knowledge of accounting and should poses analytical skills Good at excel / PPT Good communication skills Team player Able to deliver on timelines and open for new learnings
