Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”
Duties And Responsibilities
•- Responsible for credit appraisal and monitoring for the Salaried Loans.
• Implementation of Credit Policy primarily pre-approved and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix.
• Analysing the portfolio health and risk involved in particular segment of assets & profile and giving timely feedback to sales & risk team.
• Ensuring portfolio quality is maintained at the highest standards and delinquency is under control.
• Striving for continuous improvement in productivity.
• Feedback for credit policy and new product launch based on market conditions.
Required Qualifications And Experience
• Graduate/MBA Finance with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Should have worked with reputed Bank/Financial Institution in Consumer Financing in Mortgage/SME business.
