Strong exposure to US Healthcare and Employee Benefit Operations is mandatory. Large Team Management — 100+ Members Proven experience managing large teams of 100+ team members preferred. Operational Leadership Strong operational leadership and people management skills are essential. Communication & Stakeholder Management Excellent communication skills and experience managing senior stakeholders.
Current Designation Preferred Candidates must currently be working in a similar role in MNC / BPO / KPO organizations Manager Senior Manager
