Responsibilities
• Supporting business on end-to-end HR for the Investment Banking team.
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment process.
• Conducting and facilitating employee onboarding.
• Identify TNI and organize learning and development initiatives.
• Undertake tasks around performance management and performance appraisals.
• Facilitate firm level engagement activities.
• Understand and work closely with the business heads.
Skills Experience
• 2 - 3 years of experience.
• MBA from a Top tier college.
• Proficient with excel and power point.
• Basic understanding and experience of recruitment platforms.
• Should have the ability to stretch and multitask.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
