Job Summary : The primary responsibility of this role is to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, hotels, hospitals, government bodies, builders, and other key stakeholders. Your goal will be to generate enquiries, ensure our technical specifications are incorporated into tender documents
Responsibilities
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, hotels, hospitals, government bodies, builders, and other relevant decision-makers.
• Enquiry Generation: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to generate enquiries for our products/services.
• Technical Specification Incorporation: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that our technical specifications are accurately reflected in tender documents and project requirements.
• Business Development: Drive business growth by effectively promoting our offerings and value proposition to potential clients.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to secure orders and generate revenue for the organization.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions and activities.
Qualifications
Asst. Manager : Engineering/Diploma or Any Graduate with 4+ Years of work experience in Building Material or Lift/Elevator Industry.
Manager : Engineering/Diploma or Any Graduate with 7+ Years of work experience in Building Material or Lift/Elevator Industry.
