Roles and Responsibilities
To review daily cash flow and ensure investment of surplus funds as per policy and internal timelines, To analyze (as per internal policy) and suggest investments in various schemes Mutual Funds and Bank FDs based on available surplus funds for internal approval, Monitor and review Borrowing Covenants and review ALM Statements To ensure compliance to treasury policies Ensure provision for all treasury expenses To make periodic payments of treasury expenses through internal system (IEM) To coordinate in resolving Bank reconciliation items To make periodic payouts for all securitization deals and prepare daily and monthly treasury MIS/ deck To prepare and send financial and other details to investors as and when required
To prepare treasury deck.
To pass necessary accounting and deal specific entries in the system.
Cordial relationship with Banks and Mutual Funds officials
