Job Summary
Responsible for managing Banking and Finance operations which includes but is not limited to below KRA;
-Preparation of business Plans for project finance.
-budgeting and financial management, including gathering and analyzing data, organizing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
-create forecasts to support projects related to cash flow and revenue.
-Liasoning with bankers so as to finalize finance proposal.
-Timely supply of information to banker required as a part of lending terms and conditions.
-Preparation of interim financial information as required by lender and so on.
-CA or any equivalent degree.
10+ years post qualification preferable in banking sector,
-With more than 5 years experience as Manager-Credit(Bank credit team) ought to have knowledge of all the above mentioned KRA
-Experience in handling Real estate clients (Real estate division of banks) would be preferred.
