JOB PURPOSE • The incumbent will be responsible for the maintaining and revamping the Business continuity planning & Disaster Recovery Program for the organization. He/She shall be responsible for the enhancement and maintenance of BCP/DR policies and procedures; imparting BCP training and awareness. He/She shall be responsible for identification of critical business & IT Assets, working with the business stakeholders to perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) processes, reviewing business recovery procedures (BRP) and BIAs, monitoring related compliances with the regulations and organizational policies and standards. He/She shall be responsible to plan, manage & support Disaster recovery (DR) exercises and continuously evaluate the bank's business continuity program. • The incumbent shall also be responsible for managing, maintaining and enhancing the IT resiliency posture of the bank. He/She shall be responsible for crisis management related activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITES: • Performing BIA processes, reviewing BRP and BIAs, DR Plans etc. • Experience in building & verifying technical solutions to meet BCP requirements or redundant solutions. • Demonstrable understanding of current disaster recovery solutions and technologies • Demonstrable understanding of critical review of procesess, procedure and solutions. • Demonstrable understanding of business continuity process and implementation. EXPERIENCE: • 8+ years of progressive experience in the field of Information security, BCP and DR. Experience in managing IS/BCP/DR for Banks or for BFSI clients would be preferred. • Must have Bachelor's degree (preferably BE or Btech). A master's degree in information systems will be prefered
