Job Purpose
The Manager Brand plays a pivotal role in driving the bank's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Marketing Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media, print, and events to promote the bank's products and services.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and areas for brand improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments such as product development, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment of brand messaging and consistency in customer experience.
• Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the bank's objectives and target market segments.
• Brand Identity Management: Maintain and strengthen the bank's brand identity by overseeing brand guidelines, logos, typography, and visual elements across all marketing materials and channels.
• Brand Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all brand-related communications and activities.
• Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing to continuously improve the bank's brand presence and competitiveness.

Graduation: Any Graduate
Post Graduation : Any Post Graduation
Experience: 5+ Years of experience into brand management, across sectors or advertising agency
