Manager – Bidding & Projects:
1. Strategic Planning & Growth:
o Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
o Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and verticals, including potential partnerships, clients, and geographical markets.
o Build and maintain relationships with Defense, Government and PSUs.
2. Sales & Market Expansion:
o Lead efforts to acquire new clients and retain existing clients through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
o Drive lead generation, sales targets, and ensure profitability in line with company goals.
o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are aligned with client needs.
o Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the business.
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers in client organizations.
o Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional post-sale support, maintaining long-term partnerships, and fostering loyalty.
Operations Management:
1. Operational Efficiency:
o Oversee day-to-day operations of the project.
o Streamline workflows and improve efficiency through process optimization.
o Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Project Management:
o Ensure smooth execution of project from initiation to delivery.
o Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects meet client requirements and expectations.
o Monitor project progress and resolve any operational issues promptly.
3. Budget & Financial Oversight:
o Oversee the preparation and management of departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
o Analyze financial data, identify trends, and implement cost-control measures to enhance profitability.
4. Quality & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and quality standards in business operations.
5. Vendor and Supplier Management:
o Manage relationships with OEMS, vendors and suppliers
o Negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
o Communicate key business updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
o Ensure alignment between business development and operational goals to drive company-wide success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
