Job Description
• Assist in developing job descriptions, posting job openings, and managing the recruitment process.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring decisions.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
B. Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues.
• Support management in handling disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
C. Insurance:
• Handling Renewal process
• Handling employee queries and documentation with regards to all our employee welfare ( Insurance ) policies ,
• To monitor and keep a track for addition and deletion of employees.
D. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
• Help in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and adjusting as needed.
E. Leave and Time Management:
• Monitor and maintain attendance system & leave management system for PAN India on monthly basis, to provide training to all the employees and regularly monitoring the leave and attendance record to avoid any gaps .
F. Antitrust & Conflict Of Interest:
• Keeping the record of Antitrust and sending summary to HOD on Quarterly basis. Collecting the Feedback form of Compliance Orientation from each location and maintaining the summary of Conflict of interest (COI).
G. Employee Engagement & HR Operations:
• Conducting employee engagement activities, orientations, presentations for employees benefit , awareness , Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health and counselling.
• Maintenance of up to date JD's for employees
• To keep track of employee due for confirmation, release transfer letter and any other letter as required by employees.
• Maintaining Extra hour
• Handling Payroll
• Preparing Salary MIS
H. Payroll:
• Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
• Collect, review, and verify timekeeping and payroll-related data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, deductions, and benefits.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory payroll returns (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax).
Qualifications:
• Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in an HR role.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
