Job Title Manager/Deputy Manager, Procurement Processes Location Noida Education: MBA in relevant field from a premier institute (e.g. supply chain & logistics) Job Description: Develop and maintain procurement processes globally in Normet Collect and analyze business requirements from all Normet business lines and functions, covering procurement of both direct and indirect materials & services Translate business requirements into processes Maintain Normet documentation for procurement process. Define procurement related master data and related rules & practices (working with Normet Global Owner for Master Data) Act as global key user and create training materials in own responsibility area. Provide training to local key users. Act as the global master data steward for vendor data in Normet. Act as project manager in development projects such as the procurement stream in the Smart365 project Review and approve design documents and solutions,
understanding of project management practices and methodologies gained through working experience. (Formal certification not required.)Strong analytical capabilities and systematic way of working with a mix of attention to detail and capability to see the big picture.Excellent capability to work cross-functionally.Good networking and relationship management skills.Good presentation skills.Fluent in written and spoken English language. Spanish language skills are a plus.Positive can-do and hands-on problem solving attitude.Willingness to travel internationally (25%)MBA in relevant field from a premier institute (e.g. supply chain & logistics)Familiarity with APQC is a plus. Performance metricsSchedule and budget of Smart365 project in own responsibility areaInternal satisfaction to procurement processes and tools, measured from users.
