Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Be the one point of connect for all stores by resolving all store queries within a defined & measured SLA and generate relevant reports and dashboards.
• Candidate will be responsible to address store queries and concerns and drive closures with root cause checks for their respective domains
• Candidate will interact with respective departments and close the complaints related to their segment within a specified SLA for closures on issues
• Actively derive and monitor compliance reports and highlight exceptions for inventory & MDM plano activites
Role will be aligned to Business Centre.
The incumbent is required to possess:
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience in creating analytical reports and dashboards ( exposure to Tableau will be added advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications and Previous Experience
• Roughly 3-6 yrs of experience in Supply Chain/Inventory Planning functions
• Post Graduate from Premium Institute will be preferred
