Function/ Department: Credit Cards
Job Purpose
Contribution to the organization, by fee generation through syndication of transactions, Sell-down of identified exposures from the bank's balance sheet as an underwriting and de-risking strategy. Contribution to the Functional Unit - Analyst & key support to the entire team in the placement of syndicated deals
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify & execute prospective Merchant offer partnership to drive spends.
• Develop a marketing calendar of Merchant offers on yearly basis.
• Create and develop tactical offers for the portfolio in partnership with key merchants.
• Devise a structured approach of networking and negotiation skills with due diligence to ensure closure.
• Create merchant offers for Credit Card portfolio across categories like Travel, Dining, E-com etc.
• Campaign Management-ability to negotiate brand visibility and cost for both ATL and BTL campaigns along with the partner.
• Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and partnership’s strategic objective.
• E2E implementation of the Credit card promotions with the partners.
• E2E Partner management and engagement
• Campaign fulfilment.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product securitization role
