Job Purpose :
Focus on relentless prioritization to maintain delivery on value, whilst ensuring secure, reliable and efficient operations for the product which are aligned with product roadmap objectives
Job Responsibilities :
• Build, train and manage a team of 12+ in-house engineers and external vendors to deliver features and meet deadlines.
• Must have proven leadership and managerial skills to manage a track of work of 10+ people throughout the project lifecycle.
Must have experience of implementing six sigma or similar product development methodology.
• Must have excellent experience of managing nonfunctional requirements such as performance, scalability, security & system robustness.
• Must be able to extract requirements post interactions from stakeholders and create comprehensive specifications for the engineering team to execute upon.
• Responsible for finalization of short- and long-term technical roadmap as per organizational requirement.
• Strategic product life cycle management including but not limited to phasing in of new products and phasing out old products.
• Technical collaboration with Leading educational institutes, research labs and material developers for efficient knowledge transfer.
• Responsible for technical presentation, attending and delivering at research conferences, research / white paper publication and providing support to other functional areas.
