Overview of the Role and Requirements :
- Proactive search for new partners who will be interested to open up a organisation franchise center
- Pitching the organisation business model to them and opening new franchise centers across India as per Annual Operating Plan
- Due diligence of the right partner, center location and catchment area
- LOI & Agreement negotiation and execution
- New center setup and ensure smooth handover to sales and marketing team for execution
- Build and lead a team to accomplish the above
