Manager/Senior Manager - Operational Risk - Bank
Role And Responsibilities:
- Implementing Operational Risk Management framework and Support Business & Operations.
- Should have experience into RCSA,Risk Register and KRI for various products.
- Review the Loss Event Reporting for the units assigned as per the ORM policy and ensure the Root Cause is analysed.
- Track the appropriate and timely resolution of Issues and Preventive Actions identified by units.
- Review the Processes and identify key risks and ensure risk mitigates / controls by the process owners.
- Improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the risk.
- Support in preparation of decks for monthly reviews with Senior Management.
- Good knowledge of Banking products for SMEs, Supply Chain, Micro Finance and Treasury.
- Should have experience in First/Second Line Operational Risk Management.
- Experience in asset Operations, Branch Banking Operations, Treasury units within a Bank will be preferred.
