Job Description
Developing long term corporate HR policies related to Recruitment, staffing, people development, Retention of employee Developing & enhancing the role of HR as business partner and not just a service provider. Creation of IR Policies conducive to business growth and cost effectiveness of manpower. Effective wages settlements aligning with business goals and long term growth plans keeping the optimum level of required manpower by downsizing of manpower and bringing down of manpower cost Linking of employee performance directly to profitability and in turn mutual growth of employees and business simultaneously. Creation of motivated, high performing work force, through Training & Development, Organizational development Succession plans for key positions through continuous training & development and individual employee career path planning & budgeting of yearly manpower Designing and operating the employee compensation, benefit & social security policies
