What Are We Looking For
• Someone with Zeal to grow staffing business as a hands on delivery/operations leader.
• Ability to talk to clients at CXO/HR Heads/CTOs/Business Leaders to drive permanent hiring and contractual hiring business.
• Strategize business build up and scale up to grow.
• Manage the delivery operations metrics and efficiencies.
• Headhunting for mid and senior level roles and work in revenue driven environment
• Drive team to deliver revenue numbers as per business targets.
• Not worried about tech or non-tech pieces of hiring but just loves to hire.
• Ideally 10+ years of experience in search/straffing industry.

Where are we based: Noida. Flexible to talk to if you are in any other metro too in a remote environment.
