Responsibilities
Risk mapping: Ensure risks are identified and correctly assessed
Control mapping: Ensure the control mapping is updated and relevant to risks
Analysis of the impact on Framework, RCSA, process
Establish and oversee the application of operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.
Serve as a subject matter expert for all performance issues that surface.
Issues Management (KPI/KRI/Corrective Action Plans)
Qualifications
2 - 6 years of experience in Operational risk/ Enterprise risk/ AML.
MBA /CA with experience in key operational risk areas (such as Regulatory, Risk
Governance, Framework, Risk Appetite, Risk policies, Risk culture, Risk identification life cycle – identification, control design assessment, Risk reporting)
