Location-BKC, Mumbai
Reporting to: Head- People Strategy
Ideal Candidate:
• 2 years of Experience, Post MBA (preferably from Tier 1 institute);
• Strong EQ, High Results-orientation, Good collaboration and of course good sense of humour
• Design thinking, Good communication and ability to influence without authority
Key Responsibilities:
This role is an individual contributor role and works in synergy with other COEs and HR Business partners; The prime responsibilities and skill sets required to fulfil the requirement of this role are as follow:
• Support the development and implementation of talent management programs and processes
• Drive and Run Talent management strategy and follow through the action plan, through integrated system
• Understands scheduling techniques estimating, change management, risk management, and progress reporting methods
• Challenge current practices and think outside the box to generate creative ways to scale interventions
• Facilitate talent strategy discussion with Business heads along with respective HR Business partners
• Socialize culture priorities with senior leaders and create avenues for them to demonstrate the same
• Design and facilitate culture cascade workshops across the organization
• Support in identification, capability building and activation of Culture Champions across sites
• Develop innovative HR solutions to meet long term business objectives
• Design and roll out physical and digital communication collaterals (including mails, digital banners, posters, videos, stationary etc)
• Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with HR business partners and business leaders in order to understand the short and long term needs of the business and their relative priority on matters related to talent management
• Keep abreast of talent management best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption
• This position is for an execution-minded team player who excels in cross-functional project management. The incumbent
