Location: BKC, Mumbai
Role Objective & Responsibilities: The Talent management specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of TM interventions for Skill Based Organization (SBO). This individual shall work closely with Senior Leaders, HR Business Partners, CoEs and employees to align SBO to Bank’s overall strategic priorities. The prime responsibilities and skill sets required to fulfil the requirement of this role are as follows:
• Initiate, nurture and leverage strong relationships with HR business partners and business leaders to understand the Talent Management needs of the business
• Research and assist in the development of TM interventions
• Drive implementation of talent management programs & interventions
• Design, review and maintain policies and processes related to assigned interventions
• Own digital solutions, including aspects related to design, functionality, user experience, quality of data etc.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and change management initiatives
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of talent management initiatives
• Gather stakeholder feedback and incorporate findings as part of continuous improvement
• Support the design and implementation of talent analytics and reporting to provide insights on key talent metrics, trends, and opportunities
• Collect, analyse and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., skill-based succession planning).
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management and apply them to enhance the organization's talent management strategy and programs
• Challenge current practices and think outside the box to generate creative ways to scale interventions
• Contribute to special projects as needed
Qualification Requirement: MBA in HR, preferably from a premier B-School
Experience Requirement: 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Management, L&D or OD domains
