Training the external (CSC e-governance )and Internal (HDFC Bank ) employees all the CSC Banking channel Evaluate the Channel and Identify the weakness in the Channel for training Identify the training needs for both CSC E-governance and HDFC Bank staff Implementation of Training programs which will include Off site and Onsite training Also putting a repository of Training videos on the CSC e-governance site for the CSC team to be referred Training the Team on On boarding , Process and Products which are sold through CSC banking Channel along with Induction and orientation session Putting a On boarding program for both CSC Banking Channel and CSC e-governance team . Assistance in Workshop conducted for CSC e-governance . Updation of the content for training and videos when ever there is an addition or change Co ordination with the Learning and Development Team and respective Product team for Training content and programs E learning program and Regular certification of the VLEs Identification of Set of VLE not selling / promoting a particular product and training them on these products Training Schedules along with building Quarterly and Annual training programs Preparing budgets for training programs and workshop along with the location identification Tracking employee success and progress after the training Conducting a re fresher training course where ever necessary Communication of all the training programs on the timely basis Prepare and deliver training course along with Guest / Internal Staff presenters wherever necessary Prepare and present reports on training programs KIPS Identification and assessing all future training needs Drawing overall Profile based / Individual training and development plan Deploy a wide variety of training methods Monitor and evaluate training program effective , Success and ROI periodically and report Manage training budgets Prepare Tailor training program as necessary Timely feedback from the Ground on the training effectiveness and bring a change to the training modules for effective delivery Maintain a keen understanding of Training trends , developments and best practice . Monthly update to the seniors in terms of the Progress
