Fantastic relationship building skills; with a strong track record of account development and growth
Consulting experience from a top management consulting firm
MBA qualification desirable
An excellent understanding of Financial Services in the UK, especially Retail and Commercial Banking (particularly core banking)
Experience in one or more of:
C-level Advisory Services with an understanding of the drivers for change, particularly technological (AI, Cloud, Digital platforms etc)
Technology, IT Strategy and IT Strategy Execution
Applications modernization (core banking transformation)
Value Realization though IT transformation and programme assurance
Must have experience in leading IT strategy engagements, leading sales pursuits and proposal writing
