Should be open to work from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift.
Communication:
• Clearly communicate with team members, Managers and clients
• Provide status update daily/weekly
• Ask for guidance when needed
• Send e-mails and make phone calls where required
Productivity:
• Understand your target clearly
• Keep record of whether you have achieved the target or not. If not, please provide explanation
• Prepare reports based on tasks you have completed
• Always try to improve yourself and the process and be more productive
Process:
• Always comply with the process
• Write test plan documents and send it for review
• Update the test plan documents regularly
• Test all the cases assigned
• Store all the documents in a central location
Task Effectiveness:
• Escalate issues as necessary
• Complete all tasks within the specified time-frame
Test Execution:
• Execute tests on a timely basis
• Report issues that are found
• Keep track of issues and retest when necessary
