Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist
In this key role, you will be responsible for driving productivity and efficiency improvements across the manufacturing floor. Your expertise in industrial engineering will be invaluable in developing and implementing strategies to reduce waste, improve workflows, and increase overall efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting value stream mapping and risk assessments
• Developing and implementing lean manufacturing initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Providing training and coaching to employees on new processes and procedures
Requirements:
• Professional degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in industrial engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in time and motion study
• Knowledge of project management and team leadership
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
