Your role in our team
• You will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
• You will evaluate product designs and identify product cost reduction opportunities
• You will collaborate with product design, procurement, and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products
• You will analyze production data and implement process improvements to reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance product quality
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
• You will develop and implement process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams
• You will conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
• You will evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and equipment to improve production capabilities
• You will lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events
• You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all manufacturing processes
• You will provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment
• You will assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed
• You will maintain a clean and safe work area
• You will show a strong eagerness to learn and a positive attitude everyday
• You will work on special projects as needed

Your profile
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Management, or a related field
• You have proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• You have experience with custom automation design and manufacturing
• Your certification with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
• You are proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks) and are familiar with ERP systems (SAP)
• You have solid understanding of materials science and product design principles, including material properties, selection, and application in product development
• You possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
• You are proficient with Microsoft Power BI or Access
• You possess knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data to drive decision-making
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are able to work effectively in a team environment
• You have attention to detail and are committed to producing high-quality work
• You are able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
