Job Description
Sutton Recruitment is working with a local boat builder and looking to recruit Manufacturing Labourers. This role involves assembling various components and materials, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Successful candidates will require experience of working within a warehouse or manufacturing environment with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools effectively.
Attention to detail is important along with being able to demonstrate being able to produce a good standard of work.
A good positive attitude, being able to work in a fast paced environment, reliability and the willingness to listen and learn are key to success in this role.
A good understanding of English is required to be considered for this position.
The pay rate starts at £12 p/h with the possibility to increase in line with work performance.
Working hours are: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm. Friday 7am - 1pm
These positions are offered on a temp to perm basis.
